You'll need: 1 bottle of Moet Chandon White Star Champagne
2 cups of fresh strawberries ,pureed & strained
Place eight champagne flutes in the freezer for twenty minutes.
Let the champagne stand in an ice bucket for five minutes after opening, (place it in the freezer if you don't have one), after opening. Pour the pureed strawberries into a pitcher that has a tall swizzle & stirrer. Gently pour in the bottle of Moet & stir gently to combine. This of course, serves eight, enjoy responsibly.
