Summer Essentials: Cut Offs or Cuffed

Cut off or cuffed shorts are a must for the summer. Dress them up with a cute pair of platforms or dress them down with some skippy's or a gladiator.

Remember the key to wearing short shorts, go big with the top. You don't want to walk around looking a little scandalous...or do you?
