Pale lips
I really like the pale lip look: it really balances aggressive eye make-up, toning it down a lot. For a full & sexy look, top with a little gloss. Full-on nude lip color may work on the runway, but for real life lip wear, choose shade's that are slightly pink or flecked with a little shimmer to prevent looking corpse like.

Rosy Cheeks

For a more sophisticated flush, blend a pink blush high on the cheekbones, as opposed to on the apples, (those of us who can rock this look!)
