Don't Be a Victim!!!!

Earlier this month we let all of you ladies know about the one of the hottest trends for the spring: The Jumpsuit...well there are some rules that you must follow! This trend isn't for everyone and if you don't want to be a victim listen up.....
If you have a long torso: the opposite is true for you. Having a belt--or even subtle stitching--that indicates a division between your two halves is best. Just be mindful of the placement--whatever the detail, it should fall a little above your hips to balance the length of your legs and torso.

If you’re small busted: stay away from strapless styles. While a great feature of the jumpsuit is that it creates a long, sleek perception of the body, it can also mute your curves. To ensure that your top half doesn’t lose its shape, pick a jumpsuit that creates different dimensions with fun sleeves or collars. A popular look for jumpsuits this fall is the popped collar.
If you’re big busted: avoid embellishments up top. Keep it simple. Basic strapless or halter-top varieties look great; jumpsuits with elaborate short sleeves or showy details that run across the chest don’t. Sleeveless too chilly for your winter wardrobe?
Don't do a head-to-toe pattern. Or any pattern, for that matter. Would you wear a floral top and floral pants at the same time? Then why would you wear an all-floral jumpsuit? Keep the 80s where they belong--in the past--and make this look modern by choosing solid colors, sophisticated fabrics, and an evening-appropriate aesthetic. Anything else will have much too juvenile a feel.
If you have small hips: instant curves are just a belt away! Wrap a skinny or wide belt to create that hourglass shape so many of us desire. If you have big hips: pick a jumpsuit that doesn’t have tapered pant legs. The more drastically the jumpsuit comes together at your ankles, the wider your hips will appear.
If you have a small torso: choose a jumpsuit that doesn’t have a detailed waist--no chunky belts, ties or anything that highlights where your top half ends and your bottom begins. Keeping away from styles like these will keep your body from looking unbalanced.
Remember ladies: balance, balance, balance is the key, especially for a jumpsuit because since it is a one-piece, it really must fit and be styled perfectly. With confidence and these basic tips, however, you’ll soon be making a fabulous fashion statement, worthy of any runway.
