Freezing and Fabulous

According to the weather forecasters [who are rarely accurate] we are expected to have frigid temperatures this week. They are calling for the teens...yes teens by the end of the week. I found this video that demonstrate various ways of wearing a scarf.

When it is cold, this is the time to wear scarves...not like these people

{ I don't care what anyone says...if it is 90degrees outside, you should not wear a scarf. If you are wearing shorts you should not wear a scarf. You look confused!}
