Back in the Day...

Last night, I was on the phone with my best friend talking about random things and then she mentioned the new Nike Air Jordan 2009. We started to reminisce about being FIENDS for Jordans. We cut school one time to buy the Black and Silver 5s, woke up at 5 in the morning to wait on line for the silver, red, and carolina blue 11s. Back in the day Retro's were $75-I wear a 5 in boys, and if a new pair that wasn't a retro came out it would be $90. I think Mr. Jordan is taking it a little too far, especially since we are in a recession and he knows that all of the kids are going to want these sneakers he wants to charge $190!!! That is ridiculous. If I was in high school of course I would want them, but its funny to see myself in these kids today. Memories....
