Today I've discovered yet another means for the, yes it's back for another post, the Grapefruit. Rest elbows in grapefruit halves for five minutes; the citric acid exfoliates. Dry & rub in extra-virgin olive oil (great for scaly heels, too). It's rich in skin repairing, vitamin E. Get to tending to those dry, cracked & flaky areas, it's Summer ladies, & bare skin looks best moisturized.
