Before Monday's Costume Institute Gala, Rihanna had planned to wear thigh-high, lace-up Louis Vuitton boots, "but Madonna wanted to where them, & insisted that nobody else could be seen in them or photographed in them." "Madonna was being so pushy but Rihanna was fine with it. I'm sure, in fact positive that Rihanna would have paired the boots with something better & Madonna could have saved herself the humiliation of that fashion disaster.~Ms.Francois
